Notice on the Removal of Mr. Fan Peng and Mr. Fan Tao from Positions of Hunan's subsidiaries
In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Listed Companies, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Articles of Association of the Company, the Group hereby relieves Mr. Fan Peng (樊鵬) from his position as the legal representative of the Group's subsidiaries, Hunan Chenxi Holding Co., Ltd.* (湖南辰熹控股有限公司) and Hunan Hongjia Holding Co., Ltd.,* (湖南虹嘉控股有限公司) and relieves Mr. Fan Tao (樊滔) from his position as the supervisor (監事) of the Group's subsidiaries, Hunan Chenxi Holding Co., Ltd. and Hunan Hongjia Holding Co., Ltd., effective August 9, 2025.
From the date of this notice, Mr. Fan Peng and Mr. Fan Tao are prohibited from conducting any activities in the name of the legal representative or supervisor of the companies.
